COMMUNITY BLOOD DRIVE

Springfield Community Blood Drive Wrap up:  On a beautiful Sunday to do any kind of activity, we want to thank all who donated and who attempted to donate. Although we fell short of our goal, we did collect 34 units and with the shortage of Blood the Red Cross was still very pleased. Once again thanks to all involved (Fire Dept.) and everyone in the community.

Special day will kick off tenth-annual Pumpkin Festival at Bloom Where You’re Planted Farm

Bloom Where You're Planted Farm & Pumpkin Patch is hosting an event to honor service men and women on September 20th. On that day, which is also opening day of the farm’s tenth-annual Pumpkin Festival, military members, fire and rescue volunteers, and their immediate family members will receive free admission to the farm when presenting ID.
