**SPRINGFIELD CEMETERY PRICING INCREASE NOTICE**
As of April 6th, 2023, the Springfield Cemetery has been selling their plots for $700. As of July 1, 2023, their price will be raised to $1000.00 a plot.

IT HAPPENED IN SPRINGFIELD HISTORY
Robert “Ike” and Donna Isenberg opened the new Springfield Drive-In at Highway 50 & Main Street on May 17, 1976. The new business featured ice cream, hamburgers, sloppy joes, hot dogs, iced tea, and soft drinks. The Drive-In was open 11:00am -11:00pm seven days a week for the summer season. The building was rented from Neitzel Brothers. The Isenbergs had lived in the Springfield area for 4 ½ years before opening the new business.
