Springfield Business Owner Lands on the Cover of Vogue.com

Margie Trembley, co-owner of Springfield Artworks and couture Milliner with the label Margie Trembley Chapeaux, located inside the Springfield Artworks studio at 183 Main St , Springfield, was featured on the front cover of Vogue.com with the title "The Best Street Style From The Kentucky Derby Weekend."

Margie, along with a model from Nashville, Avalon Huddleston, attended the Kentucky Oaks Fashion Contest during Kentucky Derby weekend at Churchill Downs and the two of them were photographed by many National press photojournalists at that event.

"Even though we didn't win the contest, I think the press we did get far outweighed any we would have gotten had we won the contest." Trembley said. In addition to the Vogue publicity, they were interviewed by the local ABC news channel, featured on NBC Sports web page, photographed for publication by the official Churchill Downs photographer, Fashion at the Races photographers and a Louisville, KY business magazine.

"Hopefully this will bring more business to our little town and some national customers to her shop," Trembley said.

Contact her at 402-301-9162 for more details on her one of a kind hats.
