KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS COAT GIVE AWAY
Thanks to all who donated, knitted, and helped make our Coats for Kids project a huge success. This year we purchase 72 coats and with your help each coat went out to needy child with a hat, gloves, and scarf.
Some went to the Omaha Police Department/Knights of Columbus coat give away effort, St. Vincent DePaul give away effort, School District 46, Louisville School District, a school in Millard School district, St. Joseph Church in Omaha (17th and Center ,Very Poor area) and the Stephen Center.
I cannot express the gratitude that I received from the people and kids that I delivered these wonderful warm winter coats. This could have not happened without your support.
On behalf of the St. Joseph Knights of Columbus, thanks and remember you all are a big part of what we do for the community and surrounding area.

AWARD WINNING EXHIBIT COMES TO SPRINGFIELD
Springfield's millinery shop, Margie Trembley Chapeaux, is hosting an exhibit of award winning milliners, 4 from the US and one from Ireland. This exhibit coincides with a Platte River Christmas and the sixth anniversary of Springfield Artworks, both being celebrated at the boutique/gallery in November and December.
"All of the hats are coming from my favorite fiber artist & millinery teachers. I feel so fortunate to have these available for area residents to come see." says Margie Trembley. The exhibit opened Sunday, Nov 1st and continues through Dec 23.
