Santa visits with Jill Faust

In early December 1987, the Christmas spirit was evident in Springfield with the help of many volunteers. Springfield Jaycees organization decorated the town with outdoor Christmas decorations for a festive look. The Springfield Woman’s Club hosted the annual Santa’s Village at the Community Building. Santa’s Village event included a special visit with Santa Claus and Christmas related activities.
