Welcome Back Springfield!
Hey Springfield – The Groundhog Lied!
Well, folks, it looks like that little furball saw his shadow, but I swear he was just messing with us. One minute, we're enjoying sunshine and mild temps, and the next—BOOM!—it's like winter woke up from a nap and decided to slap us with a reminder that it’s still February. But hey, cold weather is the perfect excuse to get cozy AND get involved in our amazing community! Lets get buy with checking out local events, l or just grabbing coffee with a neighbor, now’s the time to shake off the winter blues and make Springfield feel even more like home.
High: 41°The days are finally getting longer! That means more daylight for evening walks, outdoor adventures, or just pretending we have the motivation to exercise after work.
Low: 13° The temperature took a nosedive, and our dreams of an early spring went right with it. Guess it’s back to layering up and pretending we enjoy the cold.
winter storm is expected to bring sleet and freezing rain to portions of the Midwest, including areas near Springfield, on Wednesday and Thursday. This could create hazardous travel conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses. Stay updated with local weather advisories and plan accordingly.

The Value of Your Home Coverage
I just finished my continuing education to keep my insurance license, and I wanted to share an important thought with you. Did you know most homes are undervalued when it comes to insurance coverage? It’s crucial to ensure your home’s coverage matches its current value to protect your investment.
Farmers has an automatic calculator that determines your home’s value using census data and current pricing trends in the Omaha metro area. If you’re curious or want peace of mind, give me a call for a quote. I’d be happy to help!
Let’s make sure you and your home are properly covered.
